Jeanwise.co.uk is an online retail division of Andersons Menswear Limited, a successful clothing retailer that has been in business for over fifty years. In our many years of retailing our aim has always been to provide excellent service to the customer and we attribute much of our success today to this Endeavour. We are approved stockists of all the brands featured on this site aim to provide an immediate delivery service for all our customers
Ordering from us is simple, safe and secure. We have created an ordering process which is fast and simple to use. However if you have questions on how to use this site then please contact us on sales@jeanwise.co.uk
Placing an order
To save you time we have a My Account section of the website. Once you have registered with us you will be able to log into the site at any point in the future using your chosen username and password. You can edit your details should anything change and register to receive email updates and catalogues in the future.
You do not need to register with us to browse our products or to add them to a shopping basket but you MUST register to complete a purchase. Registering is easy and takes only a minute of your time. We DO NOT store credit card details on the site so these must re-entered each time you make a purchase from the site.
If you lost or forgotten your password, please type in your email address and first name here used when you signed up and your password will be emailed to you.
IMPORTANT
We do not supply your details to 3rd parties and you will only receive information from Jeanwise if you have requested a newsletter from the registration page.
Dispatch time
Any orders placed before 12 Noon will normally be delivered next working day dependent on stock levels. (Except for orders received Friday- Sunday which will be delivered on the Tuesday) We are unable to keep every item on our site in stock at all times. If you order an item that is out of stock it may take us a few days to get it for you. In this instance a back order will be created for your order which can take up to 7-10 working days. You can check the status of your order in the "My Account" section. We will email you to advise of any such delay.
Please note that we only take payment once your item is ready for dispatch.
Personal Information:
We take your privacy and security very seriously. When you shop on our website we protect your payment details so that all your information is encrypted before it is sent over the internet.
Security
Our system was designed with security as the number one priority. All information transferred over our secure server uses 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This ensures that all information sent from our secure server to your browser is encrypted and can only be read by your browser. Using this method in the unlikely event of the data being intercepted by a 3rd party it would be completely useless to them, the same thing happens in reverse when your browser sends information back to our site.
Your card details are never stored in our database but sent to us encrypted and then when we come to dispatch your items we decrypt the information and process the payment. Again even if this information was to be intercepted by a third party the data would be useless to them. You can tell when you are in a secure area on our site in 2 ways, the URL will begin with https:// instead of the standard http:// and a padlock will appear on your screen (normally in the bottom right hand corner). Internet Explorer users can double click this padlock and it will provide details of the security certificate for our site.
All our payments are taken through the domain name www.jeanwise.co.uk. As soon as you enter the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption. Even if data could be intercepted over the Internet it would be useless.

When you register your details and or place an order with us we collect your name, email, mail address, phone number(s) and card details. We will also record which products you have purchased. We also monitor traffic through the site; this information is collected to help us to improve the site and the shopping process. Any information we collect will not be used by any organisations except Jeanwise. We will use this information to process your orders and we may use it to inform you of new products and services from Jeanwise which may be of use to you. However, your telephone number will only be used in matters regarding an order and not for marketing purposes.

Order Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.
If you haven’t received an email from us this means either you have entered your email address incorrectly or our email has been sent to your junk mail.
Queries or Amendments to orders
If you wish to change an order please email us on Sales@jeanwise.co.uk or to cancel an order Sales@jeanwise.co.uk and include your order number, name and address. Without the correct information we are unable to deal with your request accordingly.
Once your order is received any amendments that are requested will be amended manually, however this will not be corrected on your automated emails.

Delivery
All our parcels are sent recorded delivery and therefore a signature is required. Our primary courier is FedEx; however we also use Royal Mail.
Please note we are unable to leave the parcel without obtaining a signature
Deliveries are made Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm. If you or the intended recipient are not available on the attempt of delivery, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they tried to deliver. You will need to follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery.
BFPO Addresses
Deliveries to BFPO addresses can be arranged via Royal Mail. An additional fee may be required on receipt of your order. We will contact you once we have obtained a quote.
Special Instructions
Please use the specials instructions box to include any directions or advice for the courier that you think will aid the delivery of your parcel
Parcel(s) can be left in safe place without a signature at your own risk.
Post and Packaging
Post and Packaging is charged at £3.99 regardless of the number of item(s) you wish to purchase. If however your order amounts to £100 or more, once in the checkout area Post and Packaging will be free of charge, assuming your postcode is in our postcode area used by our courier. See additional details.

However if your postcode is one of the following, this will incur an additional postage cost. Regardless of whether your order amounts to £100.00 or above, postage will be charged once ascertained from the Post Office.

Confirmation of this will be emailed to you once a quote has been obtained from the Post Office.
Undelivered Parcels/Refusal
If after we have dispatched your parcel and it is refused or returned to us there will be a further fee of £3.99 for re-delivery.
Return of Parcel
You will need to return item(s) via the Post Office. Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the item(s) returned less the delivery charge.
We would recommend using recorded delivery; this will insure that your parcel can be tracked.

Returns
We undertake to supply premium quality products to our customers and hope you will be pleased with any products you decide to purchase from Jeanwise. You may return a product only within 30 days of purchase.
You will need to return item(s) via the Post Office. Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the item(s) returned less the delivery charge. All products should be returned to us in their original condition with all tags and labels intact. Please see below for the different reasons for returns and the procedures you should follow.
Refunds
We will be happy to refund item(s) provided it is in a resalable condition and returned to us with a reasonable time (30 days) and in original condition with all labels attached.
Once item(s) received refunds will be debited to your account with in 3 – 7 Days, provided all the information is complete on the returns form.
Once we have refunded your account you will receive an email to confirm.
Exchange
Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your purchase.
If you require an exchange there will be an additional £3.99 for delivery which will be debited against your card.
Item(s) received Damaged/faulty
The product you received is damaged or faulty. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition occasionally products may be imperfect and need to be returned to us. If this is the case please complete the returns form enclosed in the parcel and send the item back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Once we receive the item we will check your item(s) and if the product is faulty then we will cover the cost of the return postage. In this case we can either send you out a replacement or refund your money according to your wishes.
Wrong Item Received/ Wrong Item Ordered
The product you receive is not the one you ordered. If we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product to you and if we are at fault we will cover the cost of the return shipping. In this case we can either send you out a replacement or refund your money according to your wishes.
If however you have received an item different to what you have ordered (which is not our mistake) you will need to return your item(s) via Royal Mail. If you would like to exchange for another item a further charge of £3.99 will be debited against your account.
