How do I place and order?
Placing an order with us could not be easier. Simply click on the item you wish to buy,ensuring the size and quantity is correct. Once you have finished adding items to yourbasket click checkout. You will then be asked for a few details and to create a username and password for yourself at the bottom of the check out page. This username and password is your membership and it to be used by you to track the progress of your order or if you wish to place an order with us in the future.
How long will you take to respond to my emails?
We will respond to your emails within 1 working day
I have forgotten my password
If you forget your password you can reset it using your registered email address. Click here to reset your password
Why have I only got part of my order?
If you have only received part of your order and not all of your items, it is because we only had part of your order in stock. There should be a note attached to your returns form explaining that some of your items are now discontinued/unavailable. We will have adjusted your payment and charged your card accordingly. Please accept our sincere apologies if we are unable to complete your full order.
How do I get a refund or exchange?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply complete your returns form and return the item(s) to us with their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. You do not need to contact us before doing this - just pop your item in the post. Original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period.
Once we receive the item back we will issue a full refund or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred. If you require an exchange there will be an additional £3.99 charge for delivery. Please either enclose a cheque for this amount or wait for us to contact you to obtain your payment details.
