I then sent an e-mail explaining the error I had made and gave you contact details for you to get in touch to enable me to rectify this error. I received a call from a very pleasant lady, who made the correction needed and I have today, 26/11/10, received the goods I ordered in immaculate condition, well packaged, with a receipt for payment and returns form should I need it. Just a brief not today thanks for the superb service with my recent order.
(2 pairs of Levi 501’s) Ordered at 2.30pm (after the next day cut of time) for hubbys B’day
and asked if could still deliver next day (Fri). Items received midday Friday! Perfect condition and really
competitive prices, especially next day delivery @ £3.99. Other sites wanted £9.95!
Highly recommended, will definitely use again.
