If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply complete your returns
form and return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 30
days of receipt. You do not need to contact us before doing this - just pop your item in the post.
Once we receive the item back we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge, unless
item is faulty or an error has been made on our part) or exchange the item for a different
size / colour, if preferred. If you require an exchange there will be an additional
£3.99 charge for delivery. Please either enclose a cheque for this amount or wait for us to contact you to obtain
your payment details.
