Please note that returning goods for the purpose of exchange or refund is at your own expense, however if you are returning the product because of an error on our part or a manufacturing fault, we will be happy to refund all costs associated in returning the item back to us, as well as your original postage costs. Please use standard recorded delivery; this will ensure that your parcel can be tracked.
If you require an exchange there will be an additional £3.99 for delivery which will be debited against your card. We will contact you prior to sending the exchange in order to obtain payment details in respect of this.
