Any orders placed before 12 Noon will normally be delivered next working day dependent on stock levels (except for orders received Friday - Sunday which will be delivered on the Tuesday)

We are unable to keep every item on our site in stock at all times. If you order an item that is out of stock it may take us a few days to get it for you. In this instance a back order will be created for your order which can take up to 7-10 working days.

Post and Packaging is charged at £3.99 regardless of the number of items you wish to purchase, assuming your postcode is in the postcode area used by our courier.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item for a different size / colour, if preferred.

If you require an exchange there will be an additional £3.99 for delivery which will be debited against your card. Jeanwise will contact you prior to sending the exchange in order to obtain payment details in respect of this.
