In our many years of retailing our aim has always been to provide excellent service to the customer and we attribute much of our success today to this endeavour. We are approved stockists of all the brands featured on this site aim to provide an immediate delivery service for all our customers.
Ordering from us is simple, safe and secure. We have created an ordering process which is fast and simple to use.

Placing an order
It's easy, first just browse our website and add whatever you want to order to your shopping basket. Only when you are ready to purchase is registration or any of your details required.
Please remember, registration is only required to make a purchase, it is not needed to browse our products or add them to your shopping basket. Registering is easy and takes only a minute of your time.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will also receive a further email to confirm your order has been shipped.
We DO NOT store card details on the site, these must be re-entered each time you make a transaction.
To save you time we have an Account Login section of the website. Once you have registered with us you will be able to log into the site at any point in the future using your chosen username and password. This will then allow you to securely store your delivery address and billing address for future orders. You can edit your details should anything change.
If you need a product for a specific date please contact us to double check stock. You can call us directly for an instant answer, or you can email us.
Please be aware when placing an order via PayPal, the money leaves your account instantly. We will keep you updated on the progress and status of your order. Should there be any troubles or issues regarding your order we will contact you to arrange further action to be taken. i.e your order is currently out of stock and expected date of arrival.

Any orders placed before 2pm will normally be shipped that day (Monday to Friday) dependent on stock levels. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed Monday. We are unable to keep every item on our site in stock at all times. If you order an item that is out of stock it may take us several days to get it for you. In this instance a back order will be created for your order which will be sent as soon as we receive supplies.
If your item(s) are currently out of stock there may be a delay.
If an item has been unknowingly deleted from the stock catalogue we will inform you asap.
We will always try to keep you updated with the progress of your order and are happy to answer questions.
If you want your item/s for a specific date please contact us first so that we may check stock levels to see if completing your required order is possible.
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (2-3 working days) is £3.99 regardless of how many items you order. Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday 8am to 6pm excluding bank holidays. Royal Mail will notify you by text/email of your expected delivery day. If you or the intended recipient are not available on the attempt of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they tried to deliver. You will need to follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local post office.
Next Day Deliveries
Next day deliveries are charged at £5.99 regardless of how many items you order. Your order needs to be placed before 2pm for this service. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8am-6pm excluding bank holidays. Our Courier will notify you by text/email of your expected delivery day. If you or the intended recipient are not available on the attempt of delivery our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they tried to deliver. You will need to follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery. 12/4/17 - PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 'NEXT DAY' SERVICE IS PRESENTLY NOT AVAILABLE.
Orders placed for next day delivery after 2pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on the Friday for delivery on the Monday assuming the item is in stock. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday assuming the item is in stock.
Deliveries to BFPO addresses can be arranged via Royal Mail. An additional fee may be required on receipt of your order. We will contact you once we have obtained a quote.
Please note that if you wish to exchange your item from us, we will need to re-charge you the same postage as you paid at the time of ordering.
If after we have dispatched your parcel and it is refused or returned to us, this will incur an additional postage fee.
30 Day Return Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original conditions within 30 days of receipt. Please note that returning goods for the purpose of exchange or refund is at your own expense. Please use standard recorded delivery; this will ensure that your parcel can be tracked.

If goods become faulty through defective material or poor workmanship, but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection. If necessary, the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, which could take up to 28 days. In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and that they are accompanied by our returns form along with a copy of proof of purchase. If faulty footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned of excess mud first, for health and safety reasons we are unable to process dirty products. The cost of returning faulty goods is not refunded and must be met by yourself. We will of course send out any repaired/replaced goods free of any carriage charge.
We will be happy to refund item(s) provided it is in a re-saleable condition and returned to us with a reasonable time (30 days) and in original condition with all labels attached. Please be advised any jeans that are unsuitable that are returned must have labels attached, we are unable to exchange or refund jeans without attached labels. When returning boxed items please do not deface the box as we will be unable to resell the item.
Once your item(s) have been received back to us, refunds will be credited to your account within 3-7 days, provided all the information is complete on the returns form.
Once we have refunded your account you will receive an email to confirm.
Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your purchase. For all UK exchanges a payment of £3.99 is required to cover delivery costs. We will contact you prior to sending the exchange in order to obtain payment details.
Item(s) received Damaged/faulty
The product you received is damaged or faulty. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the product reaches you in excellent condition occasionally products may be imperfect and need to be returned to us. If this is the case please complete the returns form enclosed in the parcel and send the item back to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Once we receive the item we will check your item(s) and if the product is faulty then we will cover the cost of the return postage. In this case we can either send you out a replacement or refund your money according to your wishes.
Wrong Item Received/ Wrong Item Ordered
If the product you receive is not the one you ordered and we have made a mistake and shipped the wrong product to you, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. In this case we can either send you out a replacement, or refund your money according to your wishes.
If you would like to exchange your item for another item a further charge of £3.99 will be required for the return shipping and Jeanwise will contact you regarding this once your return has been received.
